By following or remaining in this channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.
Signal Reports is an independent open-source signals intelligence (SIGINT) monitoring channel. Content consists of original signal observations, drone telemetry analysis, geospatial assessments, and geopolitical reporting derived from independent monitoring operations.
All content published on this channel is original. Signal Reports does not aggregate, repost, or repackage content from third-party public tracking services or feeds.
Signal Reports is a monitoring and analysis channel. It is not an operational intelligence service and does not represent, act on behalf of, or maintain affiliation with any government, military, intelligence agency, or private organization.
The following representations are expressly disclaimed:
Posts published on this channel represent the independent analytical assessments of the operator and constitute opinion and analysis, not statements of verified fact.
Technical details including frequencies, bands, collection methods, and operational parameters are intentionally withheld from all posts. This applies universally and without exception. No requests for such details will be entertained.
Not all posts constitute predictive assessments. The majority of content is observational in nature, recording detected signal activity at the time of observation. The operator makes no guarantee that any given post will correspond to a subsequent geopolitical event.
Some assessments incorporate analysis from sources beyond direct signal collection. All content is presented under unified analytical framing. The operator does not disclose sourcing methodology. The verified track record of timestamped, publicly archived assessments stands as the basis for evaluating reliability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and documentation:
Signal Reports actively monitors engagement patterns. Coordinated, suspicious, or elicitation-based interactions are logged, documented, and reported to appropriate parties where warranted.
Signal Reports applies uniform analytical standards to all actors regardless of nationality, alignment, or political status. No subscriber, donor, or third party may direct, influence, or restrict the scope of coverage. Requests to emphasize or exclude specific actors will not be acknowledged.
All content published by Signal Reports is derived from:
No private communications are intercepted, reproduced, or distributed. No classified material is handled or disclosed. Operations are conducted in accordance with applicable law.
The operator accepts no legal liability for the use, misuse, or redistribution of content by third parties.
All analysis, maps, reports, and original content published on Signal Reports are the intellectual property of the operator.
Any use of Signal Reports content in research, publications, media, or other channels requires explicit attribution to Signal Reports (t.me/sigintreports). Removal, obscuring, or modification of watermarks or attribution constitutes a violation of these terms and will be actioned accordingly.
Telegram Stars and other voluntary contributions are received as appreciation for the channel's work. They confer no entitlement to private analysis, methodology disclosure, preferential responses, custom requests, or any form of privileged access. Donations submitted with the expectation of such benefits will not be acknowledged as such.
The operator is under no obligation to respond to questions that are ambiguously or deliberately framed in a manner that could facilitate the distortion, selective editing, or misrepresentation of responses for propaganda or disinformation purposes. Signal Reports reserves the right to decline engagement with any query assessed as designed to extract statements intended to be taken out of context, falsely attributed, or weaponized in a misleading narrative. Such queries will be treated as prohibited conduct under Section 4.
The operator does not provide responses to direct messages as a general rule. Signal Reports is a broadcast channel. Queries, commentary, observations, and feedback submitted via direct message will not receive replies.
Exceptions are limited to the following:
Direct messages submitted to request analysis, elicit methodology details, seek operational information, or establish personal contact with the operator fall under prohibited conduct as defined in Section 4 and will be treated accordingly.
The operator's capacity is directed entirely toward monitoring, analysis, and publication. Unsolicited direct engagement diverts from that function and will not be entertained.
Signal Reports operates independently. There is no institutional backing, sponsorship, or external funding. All monitoring, analysis, and publication is conducted by the operator alone.
